Hacking [Release][v.1.5.1] Sky Army Knife - a Sky3DS Template Tool

i did every thing including changing the EEPROM and Chip id i really wanted to play mh4u so bad

There must be something that you're doing wrong, post your steps here.

well i did 1st thing is i set a new Template for the mhu4 the "whats File template" then i load the MHU4.3ds File to the sky army knife i try changing the EEPROMs ID i set it to "Sanyo" and randomize the Unique ID again THE chip ID did the same thing i change it to SEMI CONDUCTOR 0xAE Size 4gig and 0x00 and the Card set to 1 then i try reformat my sky3ds and set the templates my save file got reformat try to get to the DLC at mh4 then i got the 002-0123 error same thing

Randomized Unique ID's have an almost non-existant chance of working, you need a private header dump if you want a reliable Online Identifier, I'm sorry. The checkbox is there to fill in the blank space, only Nintendo actually knows the valid Cart ID's.

Open the template in notepad. Delete the first two lines. Don't delete any text. Just the two empty spaces before the code starts. Try again.

Um, Foxi, is there some reason why SAK can't handle this template? All templates come with these two empty lines and I don't see why this is such an issue...

The latest templates have KTR entries which are incompatible with 1.4.1, you have to move them lower on the list so that CTR entries come first. The lines bug and the KTR bug are both fixed in the upcoming 1.4.2, I just have other projects on my hands right now so the update will have to wait.

You either need a Gateway-capable 3DS or a Powersaves dongle. Your only other option is finding someone who'd be willing to give you a private header.

I'm afraid that you're out of luck in that regard, you're better off grabbing a Powersaves dongle and a cheapo game and extracting a header that way.

There's only one Powersaves dongle and that's the one I'd recommend - don't buy knock-offs.

UPDATE i just Got a private HEADER given me by a friend today Thank GOD!! but. bad side i cnt see the mhu4 on my sky 3ds cartirage even i put the private headers there PS.. my Region is Euro... and my sky3ds stop blinking when i delete the mh4 it work fine did i do something wrong again with the private header my friend give to me?

You must be doing something wrong. Select the same settings as in the Base Template aside from the Unique ID (look up the ID using the Infos Reader) and then use that template to write the game onto the SD in DiskWriter.

Be more descriptive. Post the steps you're taking, one by one. There's no reason why the game wouldn't show up on your card unless you're doing something wrong. If you're doing everything right, try pressing the game change button or re-inserting the cartridge or SD card.
