There's a chance but it's unlikely. Also that's why Tiramisu blocks updates: Nintendo can't remotely brick your Wii U that way.

What guide? This doesn't work with Tiramisu.
On Tiramisu you can hold "START" and select vWii menu.

Its not such a big deal... we have the boot menu now thnx of tiramisu and the wii icon is there when you used it recently... but i think the official vwii guide could probably get actualized.. so people dont think they have done something wrong when it doesnt work (like me :-).

I think the dev should change the button B behaviour. Hold B is the official Nintendo shortcut for vwii. Maybe change Tiramisu menu to another button.

This shortcut only works with the gamepad when the quick start menu is disabled. Even Nintendo is saying this in their official guide

We all are having that small visual glitch. It's harmless. In fact, it can serve as a confirmation that tiramisu is loading.

Honestly I feel like there should be some way to map the NANDdumper shortcut to a different button (if not a button combo like ZL + L + R + ZR) so that the B button trick for vWii would work again. Though, then again, the B button trick (for me at least) seems to also work from Wii remotes, but I also don't know if tiramisu accepts shortcut inputs from Wiimotes too.

ok thanks for confirming. otherwise most games launch well except hyrule warrior (europe and usa) but I already had this problem before tiramisu at the time with mocha where it did not launch, basically the game hyrule warrior stuck on the start screen before the game starts just after displaying the game logo and its freeze at this time but with another game than its being with the update and dlc, but all the other games like botw, mario 3d world, bayonetta and more work very well

how to update tiramisu without erasing everything or losing my installed games?

I need an image (picture) for a guide because English is not my language and when I use several translations some words are not well understood
and since I suck at hacking, it has to be simple.

if to update tiramisu should be clear with images and without losing console data

Just download from the website (the one which @V10lator mentioned), click on "Download all", put all the files from the zip to your sd and replace them. Put the card back into the console and you're done with that. Easy peasy.

edit 2: on my side even the update did not solve the problem of the hyrule warrior game which remains digested on the boot image after the nintendo logo, well no big deal because my other games work the same botw, only with hyrule warrior

LOL. The exact opposite is the case: Tiramisu needs to execute more code, so needing more time to boot (even if we might just talk about maybe 0.5 ms here) to hide that "glitch"... What I want to say: While it looks less glitched it is still doing exactly the same as before, just stealing a bit of your lifetime to hide it... As I understand it the only reason for the screen to got changed was for noobs to stop to cry about something you couldn't understad while every nerd just loved it...
