Here's a build of the latest commit, should fix a lot of the lag:

Like all testing commits, you'll have to manually update as self-updating only updates to latest stable.
that commit not working for me,with wifi on it gives me the FTP server error, wifi off it gives me the new colored menu but i cannot do anything(obiously)i've installed the stable one from github and works perfectly!great program man, very very useful thx! :)

Hm, when you get the error screen what does it say?

And this is why I shouldn't program at midnight, I was using the wrong variable when grabbing the remote version.

@AlucardjX, would you mind testing this?

Isnt there already a Luma updater?
I didn't like it, so I made my own (this was back when the other one didn't support commits, no CIA version, etc). People liked mine enough that it started getting some use, which started to spam the Luma thread, so I created a new thread for it.

Yay a thread on its own:) I always found it so hard to google your github page for some reason it never found it and took 10 minutes every time lol. Also nice update this is a must have for anyone with luma3ds :yay:

I want arm9loaderhax.bin version.
For when can not start Luma3DS.
This. Would be great to have if an update goes wrong or something, then you could boot straight into the updater and roll back.

Unfortunately it's impossible to make an arm9loaderhax.bin version, as arm9loaderhax doesn't have netcode, I suppose.

Figuring out wireless registers aren't fun :>
Well you could make an A9LH bin version that only restores backups

why am i even suggestion this I dont want to test it

A simple function,
Restor arm9loaderhax.bin.bak to arm9loaderhax.bin.
How is this idea?

This would definitely be possible, but I'd have to figure out more how arm9 payloads work because right now I have no idea.

Whenever I try to update the stable or unstable I get an error.. Updating the updater works fine for me. And also it tells me config error! Next to "your luma3ds version:"

Read the OP:

If you use a custom path, create a update.cfg file in /luma/ and put your complete path (including the forward slash) in the file. An example would be:

Code:
/a9lh/luma.bin

I have a update.cfg in the luma folder. I was trying to figure this out last night and gave up.
