Can someone tell me what firm0.bin and firm1.bin, are? Does it contain anything personal or is it okay to transfer to another console? Some dude wants me to send him a copy of them (as I have 9.2sysNAND) so he can upgrade his 4.x sysNAND console to 9.2.

This is a glitch that happens to region changed emunands after region change, you need to format the system memory through rxmode. To be sure you don't lose any sysnand games, rename the Nintendo 3DS folder in the sd card to Nintendo 3DSx and then after the format, rename it back.

Somebodys gonna make a .cia application that loads .3ds roms. I'm calling it now.

Someone who is capable of doing this, can also write his own CFW.
I don't think this will happen. Or at least not anytime soon.

Ninjhax version does not work :'( not even the rxTools menu boots.
Still works fine through the browser.

Ninjhax version works on 4.x. It's probably missing FW detection and multiple payloads to launch. Different offsets for different FW versions and what not...

It is possible to extract ticket.db from one NAND and to inject it in another NAND provided :
-that the NANDs are on the same console ;
-that the source NAND has a firmware greater or equal than the target (else some common tickets will not be there)

It´s works fantastic.

When you Have the actuallest Update than Delete the update use ram2sav out make your edit´s write it back (ramsavin) Save your game.
Start the Pokemon Update.

This. With the last Pokémon update (all 4 games) Ram2Sav doesn't work. This give me headache xD Yo have to uninstall it temporally to use the RAM stuff.

Yes I Deleted the Update file from pokemon. Use ramsav when i done than meke i the update again

...right? Of course no one should use unsafe hacks before seeing multiple verifications.

I thought it was an evidence.
