main issue is trying to run cold boot on 9.2 i dont know where to get the files and they arent working

I have sysNAND on 7.2 and emuNAND 9.5, I want to downgrade my sysNAND back to 4.5, if I do it, will I lose content on my SD card and emuNAND?

Dump your NAND, then inject it to emunand using emunand tool.

No... You actually mean HBL 2.5. Ninjhax 2.5 means you are using a CN cart...

And this is why you don't do things half-assed. If you're going to update, you need to update EVERYTHING. (i.e. Reinstall the MSET ROP if you were using an old rxtools.dat version before, ALWAYS update the rxtools.3dsx (used to launch from HBL) etc).

And by the way, you don't need a DS cart for MSET. The easiest method right now is to simply use the latest FBI. It can install either the rxtools 2.x ROP or the 3.x ROP for both 4.x and 6.x MSET (and I know I just confused the hell out of some newbs with that sentence...)

Open the rxtools you downloaded and find the folder rxTools. inside of it there should be 3 more fers. (lang, sys, theme). Copy those files to the rxTools folder on your sd card then try again,.
