libkhax has been fixed on N3DS Ninjhax 2/etc, so I've updated my build.

Okay and after the 7 day wait to transfer to my N3DS XL do I need a cubic ninja or anything like that to install rxtools or can it be done the same way as i did on my O3DSThe 3DS XL will have nothing left (just like new state, no data) and all the content will be transfered to the O3DS emu10.1 which means that anything that you previously had on the O3DS emu10.1 will also be gone.
If you don't want to lose it, I would suggest making an emunand backup (using emunandtool) first. That way, you can restore the O3DS emunand afterwards.
Does that means rxtools can be launch form HBL with HomeMenuHax 1.2 ?libkhax has been fixed on N3DS Ninjhax 2/etc, so I've updated my build.

Assuming everything works (I don't have a N3DS so I havent *personally* tested it), yes.Does that means rxtools can be launch form HBL with HomeMenuHax 1.2 ?
@dmc310 also the SD card. Backup the whole SD card as well, as the Nintendo 3DS folder will be formatted. The 3DS XL will have nothing left (just like new state, no data) and all the content will be transfered to the O3DS emu10.1 which means that anything that you previously had on the O3DS emu10.1 will also be gone.

I'm having a similar problem that I had with the cakes older ninjhax 2 version (will test the new one now). It works the first time but once the system.json file where it's stores the config settings. New 3ds 9.0 homemenuhaxAssuming everything works (I don't have a N3DS so I havent *personally* tested it), yes.

The bottom screen issue only seems to happen when booting directly as boot.3dsx, and I don't think it's frozen, you just can't see anything happening in the menu because the bottom screen is blank. With this build, I don't get a red screen on my N3DS, but the boot rate is still low. Sometimes it'll boot to a black screen, the rest of the time it'll load rxTools menu, but only the top screen will display anything, while the bottom screen is black. The system is frozen during this time.

Just set everything up from scratch, and now we're good to go! Still occasional black screens though. Now if I could just see that bottom screen to find the options to turn off the GUI during boot...Thats weird because it works for me its not frozen press any button when RX appear, the thing to do is to get ride of the installation error. Like that no need to press button and it autoboot directly.
So with themehax, does it boot into Rxtools? Or into Homebrew launcher? And is this new build for rx o3ds compatible?
Well that's pretty awesome then. And unlinking emunand and sysnand for theme support works? and formatting the sysnand would remove AGB_FIRM and TWL_FIRM and MSET exploit, correct? So for GBA support id have to reinstall those?Just set everything up from scratch, and now we're good to go! Still occasional black screens though. Yep, boots right into rxTools. It'll boot into an boot.3dsx on your SD card that has incorporated support for this entry point. Homebrew Launcher will boot fine. O3DS is apparently working fairly stable.
Update through sysupdater with a 9.0-2 update pack. Do it through devmode in rxtools.what is the safest way to upgrade sysnand to 9.0-2 (my o3ds is currently on 4.4 us, no browser)?
if i (finally get to) use this homemenuhax to boot rxtools will i still be able to use custom theme on my emunand?
i really need to know if it will be worth it.
