Hacking [Release] rxTools - Roxas75 3DS Toolkit [fw 2.0 - 9.2]

Tried some of the latest builds of RxTools now.
I always get a weird problem with the text-related stuff like this:

Use a fresh copy of latest nighly of rxTools and u wont have that text problem

I cannot use Gateway, my sysNAND is 6.x with no browser installed. Is there a .nds to run Gateway Menu on 6.x? Does NAND.bin come out corrupted all the times I generate it using rxTools?

Well, just use rxtools to install the browser on your sysnand.
I tested and the rxTools nand backup cannt be restored with the gateway launcher, dunno if it works with an hardmod though.

You can't use 3DNUS anymore to download it now, but you can find the 7.X browser on that iso site.

For the guide, it should be:

Preparations:
- DS flashcart
- rxTools
- Sysupdater 0.4.1
- 9.2.0-20 O3DS full pack
- Internet connection (after 9.2.0-20 O3DS successfully installed)
- msetdg.bin 6.X (Optional)

1) Run rxInstaller.NDS and choose MSET 6.X
2) Use 414 to enter rxTools menu
3) Advanced -> FBI injection -> Check TMD version
4) Copy the matched fbi_inject.app & fbi_inject.tmd to your SD root
5) Use 414 to enter rxTools menu again -> Advanced -> FBI injection -> do the injection on SysNAND
6) Advanced -> Devmode
7) Run Health & Care (it should be the injected FBI) -> Install Sysupdater 0.4.1
8) Use Sysupdater to install 9.2.0-20 Old3DS full pack (go to the ISO site for the pack)
You can use Spider Hack to boot GW-Launcher/rxTools now!

* 414: System Setting -> 4th choice -> 1st choice -> 4th choice (DS Profile)
** Spider Hack: Use the Internet Browser to visit specific URL to enter GW/rxTools menu

(Optional)
9) Copy 6.X msetdg.bin to your SD root
10) Use Spider Hack to enter rxTools menu
11) Advanced -> Downgrade MSET
12) Run rxInstaller.NDS and choose MSET 6.X
You can use 414 to boot rxTools now!

All the files should match your 3DS region!

That doesn't make any sense at all. First, If you're talking about 4.5 downgrade, you're talking about GW. The same GW menu lets you make a nand dump, so what's the problem? Once you downgrade, you won't need to install a special spider version anyway.

Edit: Now I see... you can't even launch the GW menu yet. It would probably be better to upgrade to 9.2 than to downgrade to 4.5, once you get a CFW launched. Either way, a nand backup isn't a problem. You just backup then do the downgrade. Simple (once you get the gw menu launched).

That's the rub: how can I launch the GW menu to create a NAND backup? So, I went for the browser installation via FBI.

Did you install the browser in your sysnand? Then just copy the launcher.dat file in your sd card and go to go.gateway-3ds.com

To be noticed that GW 4.X DG makes some problem on FBI injection.
Non-DG SysNAND doesn't cause it.

Well, Ninjhax 1 wasn't based from Gateways stuff. The others, such as TubeHax, I'd assume so.
