No, this is the one of the 4.0 update, you will not have the NNID settings ! Download the 9.0 mset (v8202) on my thread if you want.
Or you can install the 4.0/9.0 mset and go to update in settings to update it to 9.9

I don't really know maybe the code.bin into the beta8, if not use the b8 instead of the b9, b8-fix is more stable, the most stable beta.

Install it on your emunand with FBI or devemnu (Be sure to choose destination : nand if you use FBI)

Was trying out some rxTools test builds (I was "taking it apart" and changing a few things ) and boop, brick xD I cba to restore my NAND, atm.
