Cool, that worked. I went to go install rxTools MSET and then went to Profile as usual and got this error trying to launch Nintendo DS Profile. Any ideas?

How did you installed the mset ROP ?

What is the rxtools build you use? Try to use the latest bin.code and reinstall mset.

rxTools boots fine when I use the DS card .nds MSET installer- will that really make a difference?

It's the same thing. However, since you have the error, you need to reinstall the Mset exploit for Rxtools. Knowing the rxtools tools build you're using helps to clarify a thing or two about the problem

Hmmm. Should I go back to rxTools 2.6 or whatever for now then and wait for FBI to get updated with the latest ROP? Still seems weird to me that the rxTools NDS worked with both rxTools 2 and the 3 beta.

You need cakesROP for the last rxTools : https://github.com/ApacheThunder/rxToolsCakeROP/releases
And you can use the 2.6 with FBI's ROP.

Use spider web exploit to install Mset exploit using bin.code.

It's not useless, mset installation is a new feature into FBI, it's just the begining.
The last FBI update was yesterday for new3DS gateway ROP support. CakesROP should follow soon.

Encrypted. And you can use sudokuHAX to switch between msetROPs without a DS flashcard.
Or use rxTools 2.6 with your old ROP.

Awesome. Thanks for holding my hand through this, seriously. It's been a long weekend trying to get myself up to date. Is there a thread you can link me to with info on using Sudokuhax to do this? And I assume it works with the latest rxTools?

region free : free multi patcher
ninjhax : devmode (sysnand)
