you need to create emunand through the gateway launcher, and yes it supports Sysnand 9.2 if you can acces the browser

Thanks for the info ,thats nice to know.

am i right assuming that it also has the same limitations as the Gateway emunand ?
such as the 7.x game saves not working on the emunand if (sysnand < 7.x)

as quoted below from this thread:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-the-emunand-save-data-mega-guide-gbatemp-doesnt-deserve.378491/

All retail games released after 6.0.0
In firmware 6.0.0-11, nintendo introduced a new way of encrypting save data.
Games that include a 6.0.0-11 or higher firmware on the retail cart use this encryption.
This is where things get dicey. One of the keys used for the encryption is loaded on
console boot. It doesn't get reloaded when you boot into EmuNAND. This used to be
an issue for 4.x users wanting to play retail carts with this kind of encryption.

Gateway basically overcame this issue by making those games playable in Classic mode
using the 4.x key loaded at boot. This meant that the games would save fine, but you couldn't
open that save on a 9.x sysnand console, and the reverse was true as well.

so that is my question.

does rxMode/rxTool solve this or does it also suffer from the same drawback ?

Impossible, the mset exploit was patched in 6.X FW version. The only way to gain acces again to such exploit is reinstalling an old DS profile .cia from the 3DNUS I believe.

What do you mean? This cia that unlocks blocked flashcards?

Anyway, we talk about tha same cia? (cearp released)

and is there a way to install this on 9.2 sysnand without Gateway like card?

to install this:
download the gateway launcher, launch it through go.gateway-3ds.com, format emunand,
The rest you can find on page 1 of this topic

I sorry maybe you misunderstood, my fault. I meant if you can install this cia on 9.2 sysnand without Gateway http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-use-blocked-ds-flashcards-on-3ds-probably-n3ds-too.376719/

and not rxtools

Currently, no. Unless some dev, maybe KARL devs manage to enable a homebrew that installs non commercial .cias.

Problem is, there's quite literally no difference between "non commercial" cia's and homebrew cia's....thus is the dilemma. This is particularly a sticking point with some things such as staplebutter's snes emulator which only works correctly with sound in .cia format (at least on the new 3ds)
