I'm 39. Grew up with Atari and Coleco Vision, my first external storage device was a cassette player for a Commodore Vic-20, and I first hacked a game on the Commodore 64 (and still do from time to time... love Below the Root, just don't have the patience to run around and get my stats up anymore, so I start a new game and save it, open up a sector editor, and boost all of my stats on my own. All in an emulator )

Edit: speaking of... would be super cool if somebody could port vice or some other C64/C128 emulator to the 3DS. IF there was a C128 emulator, I could share a song I wrote on it wayyyy back in the day

I had a tape drive fro my c-64! I loved the atari 2600. This is back when it only took one button to have a fun game.

When I try to access rxtools menu to launch rx mode with wifi active i got black screen, freeze. Is this normal? It's not big deal but sometimes I forget to turn off and I have to turn off then on hehe. It just boot ok when wifi is off..

PD:Sorry im spanish,if any interesting ,whit dual sdcard nand (1 partition Rxtool-nand-9.7 , 2 partition rednand-cfw-4.5),can launch chmm (whit cfw 4.5 and cubic ninja ".cia") install one theme and launch RXTools emunand 9.7 whit the theme cuztomized

Whoops. Um. Imagine if rxTools let you patch sig checks and it let you replace the home menu on emuNAND, with a custom one...

I.e.

1. Make a home menu which has the same ID as the stock one
2. Replace stock home menu on emuNAND with the custom one.
3. rxTools disables sig checks and we get a even better custom firmware

Making a new home screen probably wouldn't be easy though... Just a random idea...

Yesterday, someone important (maybe) for the scene had birthday... If you install the gateway mset exploit (trougth flashcard or spider) then, play a NDS game or while in CFW you enter on the DS profile you will read the data of the original exploit creator "Matthew, birthday 05/29.

That Matthew 5/29 traces all the way back to the Drenn rop installer from early 2014. Probably inherited (via open source) by the more recent rop installers that completely overwrites the profile. The Gateway rop installers don't completely overwrite your profile (and thus, can't alter name/date information).

I can promise you any rop installer GW has ever made only writes rop chains to the profile, not name or date fields. You're probably confusing this GW installer with one of the homebrew ones.
