Ok, i backed SysNAND and EmuNAND to my PC. now i ''Copy both rxTools.dat and firmware.bin to the root of my 3DS's sd card'' Then i turn on my 3DS go to launch.rxTools.net. Then it will launch into Rxtools EmuNAND, then i go SystemSettings, check if its Rx-E, if it is, i update. Then when its done, i restart Rxtools (I assume with RXtools url?) From this point on, i shouldn't use Go.Gateway-3ds.com anymore as its not supported by Gateway? (do i need my sys or EmuNAND versions i just backed up?)

And, if we want to download a game for example, can we do that by using the method you gave and then restore to 9.5 if we don't have any version of update installed?

It does count. But only in Gateway mode since the installed ticket is not legit. If you don't really use rxMode aside from doing that update, it won't matter for you.
Gateway just released support for 9.7, so when you updated your emunand you can still use go.gateway-3ds.com to launch into emunand using gateway.

Yosh there, sry for asking this, but is there any way to do a title.db injection from your sysnand/cfw emunand to your updated rx emunand without backup it? Or only extracting it with rxtools and reinjecting it from rxtools is working? (It's maybe a stupid question, just I feel this kind of options is just completely the most useful ones, and this is not possible without doing it the "hard way") Anyway, thanks rx for his amazing work, and a lot of ppl who are sharing there!
Actually on old3ds sysnand 4.5 + pbt-cfw + rxtools emunand 9.7 (I installed mh4 through fbi and socket on a 4go sd card, it works, now I want to have it to work on my emunand without having to reupdate it all the time (Think it's a wrong step there, ppl back up there old emunand, reinkect it, etc... Think there's an easier way to do it ^^ ), anyway, this is working, just trying to inject my sysnand titles to my emunand, actually i'm doing it, if it's working I will maybe do a tuto on how to do it without reinject the emunand all the time )

Do you have an emunand? which version? how created? does gateway detects it? try another SD card
EDIT: sysnand version?, emunand version? Do you have the slotkey?
Emunand created with gateway 3.1, sys fw 4.2 US, emunand origi fw 4.2 US then changed to EUR 4.5, I had no problems with palatine CFW or nand tools to detect it, it just shows the emunand letters in red and if I enter to the injection menu it to inject emunand it said emunand is not mounted, is funny as this happened after the EUR change, but other people had been doing it and worked for them, any advise?? repeat whole process from the beginning???

Repeating the process might work, but using another SD card might work swell
The Offset (NCSD) from emuNAND is important to detect it, if the Offset is shifted, report your Offset to roxas so he can add it.
So wait... should I wait for a standalone launcher from MT before I update??? I updated to 9.7 and to be clear... I HAVE NO GW RED CARD. I really hope that this picks up... I would LOVE to get CIAs on 9.7!
There hasnt been an mt card update in almost a year now, so I wouldn't hold my breath for that

You can not launch rxMode from emunand. It will only work if launched from sysnand.
