I found my issue I forgot I'm using an older BootNTR CIA. I just updated it and it fixed my issue

I have A9LH + 10.7 sysNAND + AuReiNAND on my N3DS, using the NTR compatible firmware.bin. Whenever I boot up another title after closing one, the second one gets stuck on the 3DS logo ripples screen. Can someone please help?

This is a known issue with no solution.

The only way is to reboot. :/

3.2bin or 3.3 bin?
I know without A9LH set up, using the 3.3 bin gives that problem. but not 3.2.
maybe same thing for A9LH?

Yes, it's a 3.3 problem no matter A9LH or not

Because NTR dose only Support 10.2 firmware.

What CFW are you using?
You have to use the 10.2 or 9.x firm to start ntr.
When you have a emunand or sysnand on 10.4 or higher you will still have to use 10.2 firm to start ntr.
If you use Aureinand for example you must have the 10.2 firm on you´re sd card in the aurei folder as firm.bin.
Reinand should be the same but the firm has to be in the rei folder.

thats a problem cause i only have sysnand on arm9loader hax

at least 3.2 or 3.3 using here not the real lastest 3.4 -> but i think that should run too

Yes it works on that version but you have to use 10.2 firm with that version. ^^

my al9h sysnand displays version 10.7 and i simply start ntr (no emunand at 10.2) -> and debugger & co works

If you realy don´t have any CFW you could install aureinand because you can use it with sysnand only and even update you´r sysnand to the newest version(as long as you have arm9loaderhax).
Then you just would have to put the ntr firm from aurora´s github page in the aurei folder and you should be god to go.
Or you could use any other CFW but I don´t know which other cfw works with just a sysnand. ^^
And NTR should work with every CFW.
