I wonder how many people have a DS with a SuperCard as their SLOT-2 flashcart, but I do, and I decided to start exploring what could be done with it, and one of the first things I did, was make this "special" build of NitroHax, made specifically for the SuperCard, since it makes use of its passme support and the 32mb of expansion ram it provides.

Its special features are:
  1. Since it's designed to be run only on SuperCards, all the cheat engine related code is run on the extended ram of those carts, allowing to seamlessly run DSi Enhanced games without having to deal with memory constraints. (And so far this is the only variant of Nitro Hax that supports them in first place on DS consoles.)
  2. Using the usercheat.dat file format, for faster cheat loading and bigger cheat databases support
  3. Being able to be used like on DSi/3DS, that being, launch it, have your card inserted, and select the cheats, no need anymore to remove the slot1 cart of choice and put the game to be run
  4. If paired with flashme and SCSFW (my take on a nds-mode centric version of a custom firmware for the SuperCards, yet to be announced), it will allow to boot cards without even having to insert/eject them, just have them inserted at console bootup
Possibly planned features could be:
  1. Being able to save the selected cheats, like one would actually expect
  2. Fix the touch screen not working (bane of basically every Nitro Hax fork)
  3. Make backlight related codes compatible with Nitro Hax selectable on any game by default and not show the incompatible Action Replay ones
But for now it should work well enough to be usable and "officially" released.

made enchiladas tonight. came out decent. Not the best I've made, and half of the tortillas split open because I didn't warm them first smh, and I used jarred sauce rather than making my own. Still tasty though

Coax wire today is much better (RG6) than old school coax (RG58/59). Newer wire more expensive than the older wire.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
You can buy it at any length @homedepot wire cutting area cheaper than buying preformed cable, but you have to put on your own ends/ connectors.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
I still like DTV but the wire wasn't long enough to reach the window still pick up 40 channels
