After choosing the region I keep getting the same error: C8804470|titleid|0

My titleid is european. Does anyone what the problem is?

I did, but all it does is give me a different error:
America: E0A046E4|titleid|1
Japan: E0A046E4|titleid|2

Do I need to do anything else aside from installing the .cia?

Any way to mod the save so that it thinks i beat the game? So i can get the special menu images i mean.

they dont ban you with having everything unlocked and i have cheated online and never got banned
