Hm, interesting. I wasn't aware that PKHeX was still in active development. Nor did I know that you can modify program behavior based on filename. Renaming PKHeX to PKHaX to enable illegal mode is pretty funny! Thanks for compiling this for us. :)

I know this post is pretty old but is there any chance you know how to use this to build a patch cia with this. i keep getting .code.bin is not a patchable exfs.
