For example: Links Offset begin a 0x2EBF2, if you change this offset (also the next ones, maybe up to 0x2EBFC), it has an effect to the percentage of the character medals, biut could not found out, how it works really.
If I change the value of 2EBF2 to FF (and all other are zero), I had nearly 40% (or less) of ATK-Medals from Link.
Oh that is interesting. I might have a play later, thanks for the heads up ^^

It'll work with any region, Hyrule Warriors saves are transferable. I still prefer a save editor to complete saves. With a complete save, there's nowhere left to go, you just have a complete picture to look at. With a save editor, all you're doing is giving yourself some new paints, I guess. You don't need the new paints, but it saves a lot of time in getting the picture finished.

Just my outlook on it anyway <3 Everybunny to their own.

:D!! Actually all i want are the costumes, not even the fairy costumes and wana unlock the characters by me, but the costumes are a pain to get..i also used the editor for materials, exp and ruppies :D, The saves help to see the characters in a different game than mine

The problem with this answer is that, if you use Google enough, you start to find that it doesn't answer every question imaginable. I was using Google to find weapon offsets and it gave me nothing relevant. Nowadays I just view "Google it" as the lazy answer, where either you don't know and don't want to bother finding out, or you do know but you don't feel like answering the question.

Exactly!

Now, what's about the Level 4 weapons? Didn't know they existed. Is there any data how to change the save file to get one? In the pastebin ScarletKohaku
gave me, there's nothing about them. Moreover, there seem to be some weapons missing like Link's Spinner. Aren't they available in the 3DS version?

I probably just forgot it xD I was pretty tired when I made the list. If you want to look for it yourself, it'll be between 3C and 50 :')

If you look back in the topic, there is an image of a Level 4 Great Fairy weapon along with the offset for it. I'll look up the offsets for the rest of the Level 4 weapons and the Spinner once I get the motivation to constantly switch my save between my PC and my N3DS to test. Or I could just look up my Level 4 weapons and my spinner and post the IDs I find and then someone else can confirm them.

EDIT: Turns out I got the wrong weapon, I used a different Great Sky Fairy + and its ID is 3F. I'm compiling a list of Level 4 weapon IDs right now.

EDIT 2: What I've found so far is that everything between the Master Sword (3C) and Cia's Level 1 weapon (51) is a Level 4 weapon. However, there may be more IDs after King Daphnes' Level 3 weapon. Unfortunately, since my home is Spring Break Central to a trio of rowdy grandkids, I don't have the focus to continue, especially since it seems a lot of my Level 4 (and maybe 3) weapons are of the default type (0 stars, 7 empty slots) so I could give the wrong offset accidentally.

EDIT 3: Here's a pastebin. If the weapon has the actual name, that means I actually looked up one I own in hex. If not, then it's just a guess based on the Level 1-3 weapon ID orders. http://pastebin.com/vNNSX1cQ

Magical Sword + is 3D
Magical Rod + is 3E
Great Fairy+ is 3F
Gauntlet + is 40

All credit goes to Chris on these findings, I'm not so good at finding the values for the others. I cant seem to find whatever pattern these follow.

The pattern is every weapon listed in the game order by the looks of it. Probably goes Horse > Spinner > Giant Blade > Naginata etc. Just a quick guess though :P It's either that, or it skips the items from the Wii U DLC and sticks them in after, like the order of the weapons in general. Shouldn't take much playing around to figure out which is correct.

Actually, the order is the same as the order for the level 1-3 weapons, just each offset goes on to the next weapon.

What do you mean they are transferable, so if I played the japanese one I can migrate the save to a US game?

Mine do the same.... it just never pass the weird red lines part of before it starts, and when it starts the plugins wont work....why????..its the japanese game im using

For me it just lets me play Mission 1, when you start mission 2 it completely freezes the 3ds, (even its the New one). I don't know if there is some way to fix it
