FidgetSpinner3DS is exactly what it says it is. I told y'all I was making it.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Tap the touch screen to spin the Fidget Spinner. It can only turn clockwise. It can't turn counter-clockwise. Don't bother asking.
- Press START to exit the app.
