Homebrew [RELEASE] FBI Mod with Fasthax plus some Maki (Install CIA Legit on 11.2 O3DS/N3DS)

It is safe to visit the eShop so long as you don't have pirated DLCs, haven't browsed those specific DLC pages, and your NNID isn't linked. There's a very specific scenario where Nintendo will automatically delete your nonlegit DLC if they've been tagged before and you enter either eShop or theme shop. That's the (known) worst that can happen: DLC gets deleted. Sonic Generations isn't known to need a seed, and your game works as it stands. Nintendo eShop's Fix Software will probably do nothing. Try the EULA homebrew app and see if it changes anything.

While custom firmware allows abilities some would consider unnatural, it does not in fact equates to unlimited power.

ok, before i try that, could i not just edit the config.cia in the luma folder, i read somewhere to set eula to ff ff and i would be fine, or is that outdated?

hmm, i have a USA region New 2DS XL on firmware 11.0.9-42U
i have Luma3dsv9.1 CFW with boot9strap and godmode9

i downloaded yo-kai watch 3 from europe and buit a cia with godmode9, then installed it with FBI,
why am i able to play this online then without accepting any EULA or getting any errors?

Because some out of region games will contect to the servers of your 3ds region some connect to servers that the game region is. For example ultimate Nes remix will only contect to servers that are for the region of the game so you need to use simple eula setter for that game if played out of region.

so when i play a game that needs the eula changed, i need to accept, when im done playing that game i need to unaccept, but if i go to play my own region again i have to accept it for my region?
so a 3 step process?
accept for a pal region, when done, deselect, then accept for my region?

FBI v2.6.0 should QR scan, download, and install DSES v1.1. If not, you'll have to manually put the *.3dsx (in 3ds directory) or add the *.cia (for FBI offline installation) on the SD card.

This tool does none of that. It does one thing. Set your EULA to accepted if it isn't and to unaccepted if it is. No complications, nothing. Just press A and it changes the EULA.

Note that when unaccepting the EULA, you will need to reaccept it the next time you use a 3DS game in your own region.

the last part, why would i need to unaccept a eula? theres an option to exit plus remove the application, my eula are set, but should i keep the app?

Use sciresM's eula setter set the eula to FF and that works for all regions and only needs set once

i used dead set eula and the game still gets error 006-0318
how can i completely uninstall this game?
go to fbi, then unintall title and ticket for that game right?
i want to make another cia from the 3ds file on my sky3ds+

Yep just delete it in fbi or system settings data management for same results

His GitHub doesn't have a usable *.3dsx or *.cia app. You as the homebrewer would need to compile his program with devkitARM. This is something not typically done by most end users. IF DSES didn't work for you, I doubt EULASetter would be any different. Looks like your problem stems elsewhere.

i deleted the title and ticket in FBI,
i am building a cia file from a 3ds file on my sky3ds+ with godmode9,
will install with fbi and get back to you

sad, i notices the cia i uninstalled was region free, the on i just made a backup of is north american. same 006-0318 error.

Maybe that specific game discontinued online services. Before coming to that conclusion, try a different online game or Internet connection.

yeah all my other games work online. ive been playing pokemon x on sky3ds+ and pokemon y i installed to the system with fbi. both work.
yo-kai watch 3 from europe works.
it seems the only games i can even play online with are pokemon or mario kart 7, i tried resident evil mercenaries 3d but theres noone playing, i didnt get an error tho. i will have amanda confirm.

Sonic Generations gives me error 006-0318 so I guess Sega has shut down the servers.
