Come on, don't make it more complicated than it has to. Everyone knows compiling is faster with Paint.NET.

But it's buggier though. Well.. if you prefer a free way to do it then use Gimp. It's the equivalent to CFWs. If you try hard enough, it even lets you play roms

Do you actually have the .cia? If so please post for the irony.

EDIT: The cia would be the LPP3DS one... Duh... I feel so stupid...

Wouldn't be a little redundant to install a .cia that tells you that you can use .cias?, that's like trying to install a game that tells you can install games.
