What is this?
A simple plugin/cheat that allows the user to fly anywhere outside on Animal Crossing. (This can be used to walk over buildings/ponds/rivers/anything on the outdoor map that you're usually not allowed to get to.)
Requirements to install:

• Nintendo 3DS that has access to CFW (emuNAND or arm9loaderhax)
• NTR (too lazy to tell you how to install, use google instead.)
• European or USA version of Animal Crossing New Leaf (Digital or cart)
• SD Card with enough free space to install (Approx 1 mb)

How to install:

1. Download the plugin here
2. Create a 'plugin' folder at the root of your SD card
3. Extract the '0004000000086300' (for USA users) '0004000000086400' (for EUR users) folder to the folder you just created.
4. Boot NTR
5. Return to the home menu and launch Animal Crossing New Leaf
6. Important: Don't press L on the title screen, that will crash your system.
7. Once you choose your character and your character is outside, press L to jump
8. Enjoy

Bugs:
Online play currently disabled. I left the source in the zip if anyone who knows how to enable online play wants to enable it, that would be appreciated

I'm not that good at porting regions. It's kind of easy but there's not enough codes for the EUR and USA version of the game for me to compare to find the correct offsets. For now just download the EUR version and inject your save to it.

BTW: This is my first ever cheat code I've ever written so I'm writing this while learning how to write cheat codes, and program in C

Well I compared the offsets of the two T2I codes, and they were off by 300 (hex) bytes. I checked 300 forward and backwards and the value is not there I'm just going to try to dump the memory myself and see if I can find the offset myself

On a side note, I managed to stop the music in my game xD not sure what I did but it's raining in my town right now and it's so calm and relaxing. I'll update the link for the USA version in a couple of minutes.

Please note that online is disabled with this. I want online to be enabled though because it's not a harmful code. If you want to use online with this, use NTR Debugger with gateshark support and use the Gateshark codes that I provided. (Delete cheat.plg from your SD card or name it to cheat.disabled

I figured out how to get online working, either you can download my most recent plugin with teleportation, or I can compile this just with moon jump.

I used @justync7 's source instead of menuCheat which disables online.

in the code i am sure there is some value you can check to make sure you are in game, to fix the L problem.
maybe not worth the time to find it. but maybe something like player position etc will be invalid when on the title screen, you could check that maybe.

No sorry I don't own Jap ACNL and the offsets are different. I left the source code and the Gateway cheat if anyone wants to port.
