Hacking [Rel] Improved (hopefully) NTR streamer for N3DS (XL/LL)

NTR-HR has NFC patch feature built-in, (it's in the X+Y menu) Let me know if it's not working for you.

For the viewer I could add it but haven't had the need for it myself.. Do you use the HR viewer with non-HR NTR versions?

hi, i've been trying to get ntr streaming work decently on my 2ds. i can connect and even get 30~40 fps for a few seconds, but the actual feed is completely unstable and stutters often enough that it's entirely unusable... i've tried the current public and the test 3.0.0 version of the cfw AND the current official ones too... does anyone know what could be causing stuttering like this? (if it helps, i'm using a windows 10 hotspot from my wifi card)
