Hacking Reinstalling d2x, Wii games don't boot anymore

Hi, I have Wii U Version 5.3.2 U I decide reinstall my cIOSes 249(56), 250(57) to d2x-v10-vWii-alt versions.
Never had a problem before, now my Wii games don't boot anymore, tried rollback to d2x-v10-vWii normal version but still can't boot them.

At first I thought it was a problem with the bases 56 and 57, but they are not messed up as I can boot Wii games just fine through disc channel.

I wonder if Nintendo updated this bases, could be the reason why can't install d2x in free slots anymore =(

Has someone experienced this? There's a workaround in the case Nintendo effectively updated those IOSes?

Yeah, tried:
reinstalling d2x-v10-alt-vWii (base 56) on slot 249 = USB Loader GX kick me to system menu upon booting a game.
reinstalling d2x-v10-vWii (base 56) on slot 249 = USB Loader GX kick me to system menu upon booting a game.

Strange enough when installing the cIOS didn't throw me any warning or errors.

Manage to roll back, but still can't make d2x-v10-vWii-alt work in other ports but the default one.

Try deleting all of the Config files for USBLoader.
