Hacking Reinjected original Health and Safety but icon is still DevMenu. How do I change it?

Title basically sums it up. I had injected DevMenu into health and safety, did waht I needed to do. then recovered back to dumped health and safety, it works I can launch it.. but icon is still DevMenu... how do I change the icon?

Either redownload the title from NUS and install it or delete the home menu extdata (Note that deleting the extdata will remove menuhax, any folder and layout you had, as well as rewrap any programs)

This was on SysNand in order to install DSI stuff onto Sysnand so it works in Emunand.
