Yes 10.3.0-28 is the latest firmware so go to the eShop and download everything you think you need or want while you still can.

I am using freemuitipatcher on rxtools 9.5 emunand. I dont need run freemultipatcher every start 3ds. But when I updated emunand via reinand (not3.0) I losted 15 games (other region games) but I can bringback my other region games but I must always run freemuitipatcher every start 3ds on reinand emunand. Can we change this or any solution?

Literally everyone is begging for region free. Guess people are too lazy to boot NTR when needed? lol. I dont shut my 3DS off, so boot times/startbutton/booting NTR/etc are no problem for me. But like i said, ill look into the arm11 thread idea. but i just need a little time to relax first. lol

You absolutely need to run freemultipatcher every time as it patches live on RAM. There is no way that you just use it once and it stays. Live with it or wait for new rxtools that maybe is region free again. Or alternatively read up on how to patch cia region free yourself and patch your titles yourself.

Yeah rxtools doesn't need fmp at all because region free patch is already included, at least in later nightlies. But for that they had to sacrifice gba VC. It's either gba VC or region free with rxtools on n3ds, I don't know what the connection is there. It would be great if some cfw accomplished both at the same time.

NTR would have been cool if you can customize or even disable the hotkeys. x+y or start+select are common hotkeys that at least 25% of my games use. quite annoying how you can't edit them or even disable.

Does ReiNAND come with a config menu that allows me to change the startup image?
(as much as I love seeing Nishikino Maki's face every time the console starts up, I want to keep the system looking as stock as possible)

There is a file called "splash.bin" that you can replace that will change the startup image.

sd:\rei\splash.bin

There are numerous online tools you can use to create your own splash.bin file. All you need is an image with a size of 400x240, and I think you need to enable a 90 degree rotation option.

Dude. You still don't get it. You didn't need freemultipatcher at all on rxTools. It has region-free integrated. You absolutely need to run it every time on Reinand, because it doesn't have region-free integrated.
