Hacking Region-free CIA on CakesFW SysNAND N3DS? or changing region?

I have followed https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
now I have CFW on sysnand and no emunand onmy N3ds...

I have done all that to be able to install 2 things- Binding of isaac and SMILEBASIC. the last one wasnt released to my region(EUR) and I wanna install it...

1. can I install and run out-of-region CIA content natively(FBI)? if yes, how? if no, how to do so? or do I need to make a JP/USA EMUNAND?
2. can I have SOMETHING which, when pressed, will run my CFW in JP region with JP Eshop?
GW have a mode in which you can run same NAND, with same titles, but which can run real carts rather then the GW one... something like I want is avaliable, right?

You need to patch the home menu region free. See my tutorial, it has a section on how to do so.

To play out of region game, you can either make a region free cia game installer file before you install the game or use freemultipatcher or NTR cfw to patch the homemenu everytime after a reboot

to access other region's eshop on your 3ds, you have to do a region swap on your emunand or sysnand(if you want to make your 3ds fully region swap...) and inject the corresponding securekey you export from the 3ds with the region you want to swap.
eg: you need to have both US 3ds and JPN 3ds to fully swap region

That doesn't make eShop work. Supposedly, if the SecureInfo_A is from a console that has never connected to the Internet, it does, but I've yet to see someone report that.

unless you apply both region and version spoof(you will not be able to upgrade your emunand with online option, cia packages install only)

Oh well. Or install unspoofed one before update and then install a patched one again but I think and hope it will be implemented into the cfw's anyway soon

You'll be able to go into eshop with a spoofed home menu.

well... cool! I guess... BTW can I change the text of the version in the settings? like what GW have there AFAIK. I wanna write there something like "Cakes 10.7.0-32" or something...
