Hacking Region change

So After spending hours trying to get Black Ops to work on my NTSC-J Console i finally gave up and wanted to just change Region so it works. (Already know its the region so dont go further into this)

What is the best way to change my 4.2J Console into the U counterpart without any major brickage (i have bootmii so no probs)
Up until now i have found out that Any region changer and Region changer are the right programs but they have been tested on 3.2 only so im out of luck here.

anyone has good suggestions to change the region?

As I understand it only the Korean Wii differs in hardware/software to any real degree (even then you just have to be careful) so if you want drop down to 3.2 (the same programs should have the option), use one of those programs to change region and upgrade back again if you want (3.2 + hacks can do everything later wiis can aside from that crude SD/NAND wiiware/VC shuffle thing which is just as easily replicated or bettered with homebrew and a wii sports resort patch).

The problem is that i dont want to downgrade to 3.2

It's not necessary to change 4.2J to 4.2U if your purpose is to play COD:Black Ops .

Just use ARC to change 'Game Region Setting' from JPN to USA .
(I have tested it's OK to use the way then I can play COD:Black Ops disc directly
or use CFG UL -> no matter Single player , Multi player or Zombies MODE)

CFG UL Lets me play it only on PAL without colors.
While the only Any region changer i found requires Gecko loader, and i dont have usb gecko, any alternate way to start it?

Got it to run
but i always get the region non match Warning even if i set it to:
English
USA
USA

also set the shop channel code, i still get that message whats wrong with it?

You should set it to :

English
JPN
USA

For CFG UL , u should change the video to FORCE NTSC instead .
