Regarding Ipod Touch 16gb

I got one jailbroken with all kinds of apps and what not, but how would I go about updating it to the latest version 1.1.4? I have 1.1.1, but I dont know how to get the new features/or upgrade, without losing all my apps,music,photos, etc.

Any Help?

Go into iTunes. Click "Update".

If you want to backup all your apps/files, just SSH in and copy them over. Music and photos will remain untouched.

It'll be quite a tedious and lengthy process though.
