Hacking Reflash bricked R4i Gold 3DS with 4.5 DS profile exploit or browser exploits?

I have a bricked R4i Gold 3DS. It's from www.r4i-gold.hk it says on the flashcart.
Can I reflash and unbrick it with a 3DS 4.5 without another flashcart?
