ROM Hack Red Blue VC to Gold and Silver?

I have download Gold german cia, but was a old VC version without Trade...
Its possible to make a Gold (G) VC Cia with the new fetureas of Red Blue and co. ?
I will trade my Pokemon from R/B/Y to G/S

No. The best you can do right now is export the .pkm of your mons with Pikasav and then import them to gsc.

But its fail, pikasav say the pkm dat from gen1 is not compatible with gen 2 pkm dat

Sorry, I forgot the data is not the exactly the same.

You would have to manually copy the stats from each pokemon on RBY and use them to create "new" pokemon in GSC.

It was already attempted before with Pokemon Crystal being injected on a Pokemon Yellow VC file. It didn't work at all.
