Can't hurt to ask. I'm trying to find someone who can translate french into english for a series called Le Petit Spirou. No editting skills necessary since I'll be doing it. Here is a sample of a typical page.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
