Homebrew Recover save file from an old EmuNAND

Hey guys,

Long story short : My old 3DS XL was barely working with a weird Luma3DS / EmuNAND combination, so I decided to restart everything ( my sysNAND was still on 9.2 ) so I followed everything on https://3ds.hacks.guide/ and everything went fine ;
So my question is : I still have all the files that were previously on my SD card before i restarted everything ( including my old EmuNAND with all my games ), can I recover save files from the games that were on my EmuNAND with those files ?
