Hacking Recommended way to hack a Wii in 2018

Hi guys,
I was wondering what would be your suggestions to hack a Wii today.
I read some people here don't recommend using CompleteSoftModGuide, but installing older cIOS. May I please request your clear opinions about what to install to run homebrew and backups?

Modern guides like wii.guide and programs like ModMii or SetMiiUp can easily guide you to modding your wii. CompleteSoftModGuide only really focuses on 4.2, not 4.3.
