Recommended Commentary Tracks

Here's one for you: What commentary tracks in movies or shows did you feel are worth listening to?

I feel like The Simpsons had good commentary tracks for the early seasons. They usually had a panel of two or three people for each episode, so they always had plenty to say. I haven't found any as good. Most of the time, it's dead air, so you're just watching a quieter version of the same episode.

Some episodes on Batman the Animated Series, though only a few, producers talking about the cartoon's development & creative liberties they took with it etc. def recommended if you a fan of Batman.

To me it's all about what you enjoy. I've seen some music documentaries/movies when the band members/producers etc talk why they did certain things etc i like listening to these bits of trivia/info because im already a fan. Wouldn't recommend it to someone who's never heard about that artist/band etc.

Ha, i didn't think anyone was going to respond to this topic! I haven't thought about it until now, but I don't even think newer movie releases even have commentary tracks.

Usually it's old movies/stuff that gets re-released on bluray that gets that treatment. Haven't any recent movies with that.
