Definitely Shantae and MGS...

Also the Dragon Warrior 3 remake, and (although it's not color) Donkey Kong '94.

Anyone know how to get gameboy colour roms to work with Goomba, or any other gameboy colour emulator for DS? As everygame I have tried says that it will only work with a gameboy colour system.

Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX!!!
It's my current favorite.
...of course I pick a game that you already have listed..... oh well.
Magic Knight Rayearth are fun games. Japanese only but easy enough to get through without the language.

I would say....

...Heroes of Might and Magic I&II, crappy graphics, but good gameplay.
also:
Lemmings 2
and probably all the ones hadrian mentions.

Didn't know there was a portable version, looking into it now.

Also, what is the best GBC emulator for DS? ( I am using a Slot2)

Edit: Just going to use lameboy so I don't have to add the games to the rom and stuff. Much easier.

Some of my favorites:
Pokemon Trading Card game
Dragon Warrior Monsters (first one is probably the best but 2 is fun too and has better graphics)
Magi Nation
Legend of the River King

Yep, same here, I've replayed it to death. I keep hoping they will come up with another one with all of the new pokemon in it but so far they haven't, not sure why not. They did have a trading card 2 game they relased in Japan and there is a partial translation patch for it but I still didn't find it very playable still and never really got very far in it.
