Update, I bought the Retroid Pocket 2+ and I am loving it

Honestly, if you just want emulation, go with a mid-range Android phone and a controller that the phone sits inside of. You get PS2 emulation, Wii/Gamecube, Dreamcast, and everything else below them. Plus native game ports like Ship of Harkinian (OoT Zelda), Super Mario 64, etc.

I actually tried that and it went ok but it became janky fast

I'm glad you're loving it!
A list with all the usual emulation suspects with pros and cons would be nice on the site. With some specs about the OS, screen(resolution/size/type), links to reviews and current prices maybe... Obviously the vita rules , though the analogue pocket is winking at me...
