Only? 20 secs is an very big boost in speed..
if the n3ds really supports uhs-3, then the difference wouldn't be 20 sec, it would be even or at least 1/3 time compared to the class 10 card. besides that, the slow one of them wasn't stock fresh, but the uhs3 was. this little time difference of 20 sec on such a big file is nothing. could be even tolerance

transferring from pc to sd, i get a little under 10mb/s, occasionally it drops a bit but i think that's pretty normal. there's a chance it's fake, but it's a pretty off chance, i've tested that it really is 32gb and the performance is pretty in line of what is has been reported.

i'm actually considering a transcend premium 300x(http://www.amazon.com/Transcend-MicroSDHC-Class10-Adapter-TS32GUSDU1/dp/B00APCMMDG), same price as a sandisk ultra but some reviews report it writing at ~20mb/s.

samsung 16gb evo came (the regular orange one, not the red + one), said cia installed in about 30 minutes, at least 2x faster than the 32gb sandisk ultra (old red/grey model).

installing cias is the sd card copying to itself so i think write speed matters, though there should be an upper limit.

use common sense, buy something decent and don't waste money on the best :)
