Confirmed Recent Content block bugged out

It was fine last night. Then woke up this morning to this. Refreshing the page gives me the same result which tells me that it may be server-sided.

Do you have your block in the right sidebar with extended mode on? If so, move the block somewhere else or disable extended mode.
