ROM Hack Rebuild 3ds rom

Exuse me for dumb question,can someone explain me how to rebuild a 3ds rom,after i've extracted it?
I've generated "ncch.bin",so i'ave get xorpad files,i've extracted from kh3d rom the romfs,the exefs and the exheader and i've decrypted them.Afterd i've unpacked the decrypted romfs,i've edited files and i've repacked it.
Now how can i repack these 3 files in a 3ds rom?
I'm translating a game,so i need to know it to test rom.
