I don't really understand what you're asking but if you're using AKAIO, you can press (Start+Select+Up) to enable cheats and (Start+Select+Down) to disable them.

In-game, I mean.

Do you mean like what the SupercardOne has, where you can select different cheats whilst playing the game, rather than before loading the game?

If so, no. Sadly.

    @Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
