Actually these tracks are allowed ... they're not bugs.
They're just regular tracks.
You can practice on them.

You can't practice against good players though, unless you have one of the PassMe's that allows it, and practicing against bots or in a time trial is surely quite different...?

It's not really a "bug" at all... Nintendo could have just as easily released a GBA expansion pack that unlocked the tracks.

It's up to the members of their individual matches in the tournament to decide whether or not they want to play on these tracks.

If they do = Fine!

if they don't = Fine!

It's their choice. End of discussion.

Boot your DS and wait for the PassMe to load from the flash cart. You'll see two white screens that will last for 2-3 seconds, then it will boot just like normal into MKS. Now in WFC mode, you'll be able to select from any course!

Do you only have to do this once, or use the passme everytime?

I really wish there was a updated version for FlashMe, the new FlashMe v6 won work with my old 1st generation PassMe for some reason.
Im thinking about removing the flashme in order to try it though, but I wonder if I should rerally goto all the hassle.

is there any way to patch/hex edit the rom of the MKS? So you can load the game from M3/Supercard with tracks enabled. without the loader?

Hey everyone. ive had this for a while.. glad someone brought it up!
Get patch here!
I think its easier for alot of people this way... You need a xgflash... or something like that just flash the file onto your card and make sure you have your passme inserted.. (even if your ds is flashed) Not sure if you can have other files in your flashcard..

Don't worry, looking at those earlier videos it does seem the the whole GC Mario circuit track is indeed there (with textures as well).

Great news, I wonder if Nintendo could unlock it with some sort of Wi-Fi update?
