I copy only the required files as Gary stated in OP, and it still is 1.21 GB.

It's important to note that I'm using Steam's latest version.

What does this change? 'Cause when I was helping V10lator with the WUP version of NUSspli, his release ended on a 199-9999 on some consoles but my didn't.
I never came with a solution.

Title IDs should be in a specific range and follow a specific structure. This version just changes the title ID to be more "Wii U Game"-like. I don't know if that actually fixes things as I don't have that issue.

Thanks fam. I never thought about it, and although I never faced a 199-9999 error with this, it should help a lot of people.
Also, I will try it with the WUP version of NUSspli. Thanks.

If it's fresh (without installation) and slighllty bigger as soon it will work it's fine, but obviously 340mb it really too small and for sure it's missing somenthing x_orange90_x side.... seems I noticed the space on the wording 'tx d' folder it's that ok?

Well, if you take out the 'audio' folder from the Steam version you are left with a 650-ish MB Grand Theft Auto III instalation.
Maybe it was different in the original CD release, but at least the audio takes a big chunk of data from the folder.

You need to export WUT_ROOT using:
    Code:
    export WUT_ROOT=/opt/devkitpro/wut

YES Gary YESSSSS you are the man ..............the weired problem for 199-9999 NAND installation error was the ID title.
So, to give the reason of this story, have means for this error it seems more sensible/influence the Wii U USA version at 5.3.3 for this reason maybe some has this error and some one not. You should have the European Wii U right?

Yeah I have a EUR one. I'll update the channel.zip on github and make a small note about it in the OP.
    Thanks for testing!

Edit: Updated. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

with the export command now seems it works, really, number one. this it's the result:
    Code:
    # '/home/libsndfile/configure-libsndfile-wiiu.sh'

Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n]
    Apply anyway? [n]
    Skipping patch.

Ok @GaryOderNichts , I don't know what I did with all these movements but for sure I installed everything, and as you wrote me, after that I made:
    make
    make install

And the shell finished well all the processes. Sorry for my noob mode now, but as per my understanding with Mingw64 shell I go into to the "re3-wiiu" folder and proceed with the command make to start to build the rpx. So, if I start this command will still persist the problem at the beginning, i attach the shell pic below.
And I attach the folder where the 'libsndfile' folder and 're3-wiiu' are located and separately like that...It's that correct? Also I still need the 'libsndfile' folder or I can delete it? Because theoretically I finished with the libsndfile installation right? Or it needs to be placed some where in the DevKitPro sub folders?

Sorry for too many questions but please I would like to learn and understand what i'm doing

I began to ask myself. Could HD texture packs could work?
I ask 'cause most of these only change the txd.dir and txd.img containers of the game, and don't require external mods as Modloader or CLEO to work.
Another question. Would the Wii U could be capable of running the game with these texture packs?

It's what I was testing all the times these days...... but it seems that always I'm getting freezing on the game , could be that I mistake something or that the txd it simply doesn't work.....but on PC side i didn't test yet, so it still a topic open under this point. It will be nice, because there are soooo many mods to apply to the game without brake it, because it's just to replace the files.

    Update!

I got the game to work! In case anyone needs a hand and/or is stuck in a similar situation like I was, here's what I did:

*I'm running firmware 5.5.1 stock and using Mocha CFW, Simple Signature Patcher, and WUP Installer through web exploit*

-Download and install the latest Steam version

-Copy the necessary files mentioned in the OP to the re3\content folder (do not overwrite obviously!)

-Compile the re3_channel using the Java command in OP

-Copy the compiled re3_channel to the sd:\install folder

-Once sd card is back in the WiiU, launch web exploit of your choosing in order to get into HBC

-Run Mocha CFW, then Simple Signature Patcher

-Run WUP Installer and install the re3_channel (or whatever you may have named the folder) to NAND (should be over 1.2gb)

-Reboot once finished, return to HBC, run Mocha, then Signature Patcher

-Press Home until you return to the system menu and finally, launch RE3.

Note: if you don't run Mocha and Signature Patcher before starting the game you will get the 199-9999 error.

    Hello everyone,
    Happy new year ! ^^.
Thank you for your amazing work ! I wonder if is it possible to make a portage on Wii U of Saturn Bomberman ? I'm a big fan of Sega Saturn's games (like Saturn Bomberman, Sega Rally, Daytona USA,...). Or make a portage of Power Bomberman (it's a fangame) ? Can you do it please ? <3
