ROM Hack Question RE: Pokemon Sword; How to add commands to regular cheat codes?

Now this is the Template for the buttons but in order for them to work I think we need a disable code for each of these cheats. is there anyone who knows how to do this?

as you can see the top 3 segments is a different code from the original codes..

I am assuming this is the disable code for shiny cheats but I could be wrong:

I believe, from what I've noticed, if one wants button commands you'd need a disable code. Because for example, If you turn on 6IV in EDIZON every pokemon you'd battle in wild will be 6IV, however if one has a button command on it, once you turn the code on in EDIZON, every pokemon you battle in wild will not be 6IV, instead the IV's will be random as if the cheat wasn't on. The only way you'd encounter a 6IV mon is if you press the respective button, which will then activate the code.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
