It appears that I'm making some headway when it comes to injecting Rare games into Majora's Mask.

After replacing the ROMC with a modified Goldeneye ROMC(CIC set to 6105), it was able to produce an audible glitch before freezing.

Since I'm not familiar with MIPS, the next step will be to track down an IPC that skips the intro screen. If anyone could point me to such a patch, it would be appreciated.

well here's some ips patches and a quick tutorial I found while googleing:
http://www.goldeneyeonline.com/goldeneye_rom_n64.php#patches

The only intro skip I could get to work was the following gameshark/action replay code (US only) for 007: The world is not enough:
D03B0E5F0004
803B0E5F0009

This only worked for me if I disabled expansion pack support and set up a valid memory pack in the input plugin. With any other configuration you will see the longer intro.
I'm not sure even you patched the right pathway for no expansion pack or memory pack (which is im guessing what the wii emu does) if it would suddenly work.

You need to find out what the codes mean though, the 1st byte is a gameshark command (d0 or 80 in this case), I think it is monitonoring/overwriting the memory location 3B0E5F with the value 4 or 9. Hard to say without knowing exactly what the codes do though.

edit: I just realized I'm looking at the game 007: The world is not enough. The same principles apply tho lol. But maybe the intro skip cheat will work better on goldeneye lol.

Right. But they could create a ticket that gets forwarded to the proper team. I think Nintendo would care that their videos aren't working on a major browser
