It looks more like Wipeout to me. It was suppose to come out in February but didn't. Looks a bit plain though, I think I read on 1up that it was finished.

Its developed by DK Games who have done My Little Flufties and other games. Most of their stuff look real cheap.

DK Games is basically a homebrew company with a publishing deal ...

This may be their breakout title ... but I am not putting any great store in that possibility ...
