ROM Hack Randomised Pokémon Y issue: Stuck on the nintendo 3ds screen with red rings

As the title suggests, i'm trying to launch Pokemon Y, i've turned on game patching and removal of the arm11 message.
But then red rings and the nintendo 3ds logo appears when i launch it.

What happens if you disable Game Patching and the removal of the arm11 message? Does it still appear?

I probably should have made it clear that it is a randomized pokemon y, If i disable it, The game becomes normal.

You need to create an .xml file in the folder of the .3dsx file (get rid of the .txt part and write .xml) Then write in the text:
<targets selectable="true"></targets>

You should select ar games as the target when you launch the app, abd then voila! It should work and if not, then I don't know, hope this helped!
