While practicing on Duolingo today, I kept getting the answers wrong while typing in Japanese on my phone.

The culprit being "12 A.M. " in various contexts.

For example: It's 12 A.M. = 午前零時です。

However, I got the answer wrong. Looked at my answer and the correct sentence and assumed there must've been a bug. So I try again, and again, and again. I'm getting fed up and almost angry. And then I saw it:

Whenever I typed "reiji" on my phone, it wrote 霊時 instead of 零時 ... No idea why my keyboard suggested "Spirit o'clock" but I learned my lesson, don't just assume that your phone (or computer's IME) knows exactly what you want, and pay attention to what you write. Even if it looks right at first glance, look more closely!

TL;DR: Don't be sloppy.
