I've been backlooking, and the screenshots I've seen have translated stuffs.

Is it mostly in english? Or is it pretty korean-ish.

not quite sure what "backlooking" is, but the game isnt english nor korean at all: it's entirely 100% japanese.

the english screenshots you're referring to are of the fan translation, which can be found in the nds translations subforum.
