Hacking Rabbids Go Home email FIGURINES don't work?

i tried using USB loader gx or neogamma (via USB hard drive) but none of the work

tried to email a figurine but i couldn't see any name under 'send to' and the email button is grayed out.

is it not working with usb loader?

i have added some email addresses (registered/authorized) and can send/receive emails.
