I have R4i like this:

But when i switch theme. And open my r4i theme is then my theme is mixed.

And how i update moonshell to moonshell 2?

The skin you are trying to put on is not compatable with the R4 ultra. The regular skins have 24bit color depth, while the R4i needs 16bit color depth. you can change the depth of an image using the gimp program. just hit save as.
